Refund policy

Software (RightSeat Co-pilot, CDU Link): 30-day money-back. If it doesn't work on your setup, or you're simply not happy, email support@glareshieldsim.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No forms. Just tell us what went wrong so we can fix it for others.

Files (Glareshield Panels): because files can't be returned once downloaded, we don't refund change-of-mind purchases. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it, send a replacement or refund you.

Your statutory rights: when you buy, you agree to immediate download and acknowledge that this ends the 14-day cancellation period for digital content (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). This doesn't affect your right to a repair, replacement or refund for content that is faulty or not as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method.
