Glareshield Panels · Files v1.0
Print it. Wire it. Fly it.
Cockpit panels you print on your own 3D printer and wire to a MobiFlight board. Every bundle has the print files (plain and backlit), the parts list with buy links, the wiring guide and the MobiFlight configuration.
Build option 1
Solderless
No soldering iron. Parts with push-on terminals and ready-made leads that plug onto a carrier board, in the order of a numbered table. About 45 minutes of plugging in.
Available where every part has a push-on version (marked Solderless). Push-on parts cost a little more; the guide lists them. Grip of each push-on part is being checked on samples.
Build option 2
Soldered
The classic build: solder the switches, encoders and displays to the board with hookup wire. Every panel can be built this way; each page gives the joint count and difficulty.
Board: an Arduino Nano clone or a Raspberry Pi Pico H, flashed with MobiFlight (free).
